not yet enterprise level
by on Sep 04, 2007 11:59 AM  Permalink

I tried Nivio, as I got one of the login account during beta launch (ofcourse, after receiving hundreds of junk emails from all Nivio users). I think if they are thinking of having an enterprise market, I dont think they have provided enough infrastructure. You should be able to create a "virtual office network" with connection to other computers of the same network either accessing shared folders from other machines, connect to other servers within company (like SCMs for IT companies).
I tried installing few softwares on Nivio from whatever options they provided, it was really good experiencing.. you dont see any setup.exe running for long to enable MS office, just a mouse click to enable the software and it is available. It works like connecting to a remote machine on windows (mstsc.exe). Great start from Nivio, I hope they survive in market ...
