WHAT'S THE GAME(!) OF FII'S IN RAISING MARKETS 18000 TO 19000....
by MOHANPRASAD JAVALKAR on Oct 18, 2007 09:05 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

FII'S have entered during a phase of falling markets and rupee value escalating against $at Rs39/- per$. Their strategy is double edged, first, they increased prices and can sell profitably. Secondly, the FM will surely intervene now or further to devaluate rupee and in that way also FII's benefit. What a game!

Important announcements must be made on Friday evening (after market closing). This way the investors have enough time to think on the effect.Deals should now be revoked and status quo imposed. K ramani 19/10/07 geetaramani14@rediffmail.com

Kick Back
by SRI KUMAR on Oct 18, 2007 08:59 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Since the day, the UPA took charge, the People are receiving series of kick backs

FII's purchasing stocks is not a sudden development, then why the FM or SEBI has not cautioned the other Investors.

Why the SEBI and Govt. allowed FII's to puchase or sell stocks in Indian capital market even after the ODI's were expired after a lapse of 90 days?

Too far fetched considering the fact that you do not seem to have any evidence to substantiate your claims!

Yes I have very valid arguements to support my views and by the way how u came to know that I have no proof? I don't remember I have ever told u this. Before writing the above reply u should ask me whether I have proof or have not.
We r not against the policy but the way of its implementation. FM must have this much of knowledge about what happened-In my words tailormade crash.

BULL MARKET
by Ganesh Bangera on Oct 18, 2007 08:36 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

I am reminded of Harshad Mehta Days after watching melodrama at the stock market for the last couple of months.
Is there anything like ANTI MONEY LAUNDERING LAW in our country to curb movement of money obtained criminally by unscrupulous persons?
It is high time we STOP allowing illegal money invested in Real Estate & Share Market & bully the common man.
I am sure something 'fishy' going on in our economy during the last 2-3 years. It is too rosy to believe!!!

the market is a true example of a laissez faire economy and people are free to choose the stocks they wish to invest/trade in! Why the hullabaloo over it?
