We definitely don't need slave drivers. Working 18 hours a day, that too at such an young age can have unrepariable repurcussion later. Don't labour laws apply to them?
Look at the way these folks speak about Ekta, literally touching her feet. And she shouts. It is eeks. She better behave more professional and humane.
Business at the cost of treating people as machines wont take her far.

But she is great business person. She has created such a big empire and created so many jobs and income for so many people, also created wealth for her self & society, which finally helps in the growth of indian economy.India needs more n more business person like her. She must be respected for that.

She was successful in business and the business is poluting the minds of people, spicifically women.
Dawwod also was successful in what he did. You can't respect him just bcos he was successful.

Ekta Kapoor produces such beautiful engaging serials which are addictive. I love the way the actresses wear lovely sarees and there is no unnecessary skin show like you you in all the films being made today. A lot of people are so jealous of Ekta's success that they say nasty comments about her. What Ekta has accomplished is amazing.
