New challanges
by sunil gupta on Oct 12, 2007 03:26 PM  Permalink

staffing done by IT OR SW may face new challanges that is manpower turnover as big money is being paid for this area specially at senior level in other it based country. What is remady ,increase rhe money .
Ithink to coordinate with other sector salary there is vary big roll of HR Persons who can search the telent at school level and arrange higher qualification as per theres need.
you may get the gifted person and training will work as a polishing.
This will be true HR.toward the nation rather then manpower recruitment for other country.

don't be fooled

Guys. Don't be fooled by all this. NITs or IITs don't matter. Even Microsoft doesn't matter. At the end of the day you will be doing some junk work and lead a pseudo-high class life, give this kind of fake interviews. Lead your own life......

Is it possible for a company to walk through all the colleges across India?

good joke

What aptitude you need for junk coding? Ask Bill Gates to demonstrate his aptitued first. I heard that the only program he wrote was such a junk! And most importantly, ask your employees from doing something original and not copy.

If there is no differance, then why IITs, NITs?

Frustrating for sure, but this distinction is gradually fading away in IT these days . The concentration of talent in IIT and NITs though is more than any other college ;when u look at ppl finally getting through the interivew process , there is not much difference in their IQ level. Besides, HR head cannot openly state that they prefer IITians and NITians over the regular colleges, it doesnt sound good for PR.
