The Hutch Airtel cartel has always been there. For years, we have seen them having exactly the same tarriffs. But for MTNL & Reliance getting into the fray we would still be paying a high tarriff to this cartel. They suck big time.

This raises a suspicious eyebrow whether TRAI is a part of the sucking game ?
The promotional calls which we get from all the operators is a big crime. They are raping the privacy. shameless characters. why do they require you to go to DONOT CALL. it has to be other way around. they have to take our permission if they can call us or not. this banks and telcom should be made accountable for whatever their employess do .
This network has become such a harassment nowadays where i receive 4-5 calls a day regarding their promotional offers and ads.that too while riding or when in meeting or while expecting some importane call. i finally SMSed to activate DND(Do Not Disturb) to 111 for which inturn i received a message with a registration number saying that this querry will be responded on 3rd of NOV.am still wondered why they need 5 weeks to deactivate this service(harassment)... Friends i recommend not to opt for this service...
Whether it is Vodafone or Hutch, they are still having the same disgusting service. Network is the biggest problem. Although customer care center is much better than its arch rival.
I feel it is the best exhibition of creativity in recent times.. how effectively & pleasently we can make our consumer understand the message, this ad is one of the bechmark.. Hats off to the people involved in making of such a masterpiece... as a marketing person i m really happy to see such creativity

well said mate.Wherever you are AIR TEL is the best and second to none.Vodafone pl pay attention to quality of service instead of showing cost effectiveness
I took a wrong decision few months back to take a hutch post paid. When I call people I hear cross talks, disconnection and more.. I was almost close to cancelling my connection, but decided against it, thinking that Vodafone would bring in better service. To my surprise I was not delivered my monthly bill and most of the time Vodafone site was down. I'll wait for one more month to see if service improves, else its time to choose another operator. (Probably Airtel which is slightly costlier but with better service)
after hutch becoming vodafone, whenever i call the vodafone subscriber it says either network is busy, number is not valid etc., signals have become very week and to call one vodafone number you have to try umpteen number of times. where are u pug? come out from the shelter and follow us.

THATS VERY MUCH TRUE. NOW IT BECAME THE WORST SERVICE.IN INDIA WE SHOULD INTRODUCE THE SINGLE NO CONCEPT SO THAT WE CAN CHANGE THE PROVIDER WITH OUT CHANGING THE NO... MOST OF THE PEOPLE DOES NOT CHANGE THE PROVIDER DUE TO THE ABOVE REASON. THEN WE CAN REALLY FIND THE DIFF IN SERVICE. MAY BE IN LONG RUN BSNL WILL DO BETTER THAN ALL THE PROVIDER.

Previously when it is Hutch, I used to take calls from Home, but as soon as it became Vodafone, the Signal & Clarity in the signal became worst(dont know why), and I stopped taking calls from Home as its getting disconnected in the middle simply saying 'Network Rejected'.
