It is quite a complex issue as with every passing day keeping pace with the changing time is becoming very difficult in every sphere of life. How to keep pace with the changing times and that too at this unprecedented pace needs to be made a seperate subject altogether and some preliminary idea of manging change should be given to students from the school lvel. The speed at which changes are taking place is already having effect on the children. Learning various techniques of management is one thing, but to mange effectively is something else. The person who can manage things effectively is a leader and he becomes a leader due to his personality and other personal attributes, which is very dificult to inculcate in a person unless it comes from within. Therefore it is better to start the process from scool when the mind can be moulded. For example in a children's school in Japan, I saw little children cleaning their classroom, which took me by surprise. On enquiry, I was told that it was a part of education as in this process, they were teaching cleanliness and how to work together in a group. We must remeber Vivekanada's words, "Man is on top of evrything and nothing can be on top of man" Obviously, that includes management courses and that is why we see people like Dhirubahai Ambani, Jamshedji Tata, G.D.Birla, Henry Ford or Rockfellar who never went to any B-Scool.
