The system has become so messed up no one has any idea what one is doing and what he is supposed to do. one day you do one work and next day other work. Neither the people who assign work know what to assign and nor the people know what they have to do. This is the state in almost all parts of the work place

It is so suprising that this state seems to contineu for ever. Probably when the system comes to a grinding halt that something will evolve. May be it will be too late then.
Please try to look the message in this story..It doesn't matter who is the author of this article...the main thing is we all have responsibilities...but we dont have any power..Only HE has Power
