by Bodh Ramdeo on May 07, 2007 03:29 AM  Permalink

Do the folks writing these articles have access to phoren architecture magazines and related publications - American, European,Japanese..?? If they did, maybe this article would have been written quite differently. Then again one must remember it's for 'local' consumption, so one must make allowances....

Yes... that's to have some control over rental/ leasing costs... which are becoming unbearable by the day, due to black money circulating freely in the system - black money of 'traditional' Indian businessmen and hopelessly corrupt babus and politicians....

Great introduction
by Paramesh Waran on May 05, 2007 07:46 PM  Permalink

This is something different that you have highlighted as compared to the usual waffle you come up with. We need more such articles that bring forth the vast talent pools that hide in ordinary mortals, ones that are sensible and sensitive to our social needs and the environment. Let us hear a little less of the Ambanis and their ilk and more grease to Dhake's elbow.
