Do the folks writing these articles have access to phoren architecture magazines and related publications - American, European,Japanese..?? If they did, maybe this article would have been written quite differently. Then again one must remember it's for 'local' consumption, so one must make allowances....
I don't know y taking 100 of acre land in every state with subsidised prices, are they going to be in real estate..something Fishy is happening now and remember they are owning land..not like other compnies who just leasing.

Yes... that's to have some control over rental/ leasing costs... which are becoming unbearable by the day, due to black money circulating freely in the system - black money of 'traditional' Indian businessmen and hopelessly corrupt babus and politicians....

This is something different that you have highlighted as compared to the usual waffle you come up with. We need more such articles that bring forth the vast talent pools that hide in ordinary mortals, ones that are sensible and sensitive to our social needs and the environment. Let us hear a little less of the Ambanis and their ilk and more grease to Dhake's elbow.
