Mr. PC / Mr. MM, I am paying so much IT and so many more direct and indirect taxes. Where is the infrastructure for me to use when I pay so much... Please go home if you can not manage things...
Dear rediff readers, i also belong to the salaried class and pay huge taxes and see nothing in return from the govt. We should also take into account the huge black economy generated in India. Infact more than 50% of our economy is considered black economy and we justify it by saying the politicians are corrupt so why should be pay taxes. I think thats a very negative attitude for and we can never move forward. Some readers suggested pension plan but vast majority of our tax money is spent on giving away to retired govt offcials as pension. Our politicians give away too many freebies to the commoners which is a complete waste of tax money. The business class has always been evading tax for over 50 yrs now. Politicians and corruption have been inseperable and also govt officials. I think there should be a law for every politician and all their coterie to declare their assets after/before coming to power. The public should have access to all their financial assets through papers and internet. Government and the concerned department should be held accountable for any infrastructure related activity. I would recommend privatization of most public sectors to make it more transparent. Our tax money should be spent wisely to give us basic medical and infrastructural facilities. But its not good to evade tax as the right solution. I request our citizens(working and the business class) to pay the due taxes. Lets not have black money and remove it from the system
This FM is highly literate & he does not understand the difficulty faced by a common man.Remove this FM .First inflation& this tax .He is going to kill us.
It seems to me that Mr.Chidamabaram's has not satiated his appetite with the burden he has put on the common man with his budget. Now he wants to hang a domocles sword on his head too. I wonder what thirst he wants to quench with that. WOULD IT NOT BE PRUDENT FOR HIM TO PERSUE IDEAS TO BRING LARGER POPULACE (WHO STILL DONT PAY TAX) UNDER THE TAX UMBRAGE INSTEAD OF CHASING HAPLESS PEOPLE WHO ARE ALREADY PAYING THEIR DUES. Maybe he has run short of ideas on that front so he now wants to whip the beaten horse.I dont know what Mr.Singh is doing by allowing this guy to have a free run like this.. All i can say is that if this is the beginning than where is it all going to end....maybe he will take our pants too........
If by law they are taking our Money as tax then it is high time that BY LAW WE SHOULD DEMAND FACILITIES LIKE WHEN WE GROW OLD WE SHOULD HAVE A PENSION SCHEME, MEDICAL FACILITIES, INFRSTRUCTURE, START DEMANDING OR ASK PC TO RESIGN IF HE CANNOT TAKE CARE OF THE COMMON MAN
The Hard Earned Money of Salaried Class in the form of Tax is also used to: 1. Provide meals and security of hundreds of Afzals 2. Z Plus, Z and Y Securities to corrupt politicians and musclemen. 3. Securities to homes and families of wealthy and selfish cricketers 4. Z Plus Security and Accomodation to Priyanka Vadra and her family who does'nt deserve any thing but getting simply because she is from Gandhi Family 5. and finally to make the corrupt people rich.
If the people are paying tax the govt should look after their needs as it is the peoples own Money, how can the govt decide to take tax and not give proper medical facilities, pension schemes to the retired, no proper infrastructure, where is all the Money being spent, after paying taxes we should get all these facilities free, or else we should no more pay taxes, let the FM do what he wants, we should form an organisation NO Facilities No Paying Tax, Give facilities and take tax, and I think it is high time we demand for facilities like Foriegn countries get benefits when they pax tax
I know only one thing...most of the ministers join the politics with a poor background but within few years they become like millioners...god knows how they are earning such lot of money (vaise we also knwo that)....sabke bate-beti foreign jaate hain padne ko....!!!
