The most important aspectof being an Indian - we have the very strong analytical ability for SWOT (Strength/Weekness/Opportunity/Threat)
Once the Indian breaks the Social / Family Barrier, Look forward for the Opportunities and Succeed in the enterprenurial goals. Success to those who really face the Threats and come out shining.
For those who fail to break the social barrier/stigma..
Curse to their fate and sink where-ever they are....
The path in India is tougher but very much doable!! I moved back to India after completing my higher studies - MS/PhD and worked in Silicon valley for a few years.
Our company has been a small niche player but we have been successful even by US standards and all the founders have made money!!!

I guess if u go by meticulous planning and have a proper vision, u can succeed any where u wd want to!!!, Herd mentality wont help, u cannot think of being an entrepreneur without tasting the industry or knowing the good or bad abt it, I guess u had a clear view in mind and the stratagies to operate in a niche market, hence ur successful, all the best Sir
Unlike india, where we hv arjun singh, chidambaram etc whose main aim in life is to screw fellow-indians, they have a govt which cares for it's people, gives opportunities to all, even the foreigners. Chiddu is always using his energies to find out how to tax everything in sight, does anyone know a single thing he has done for the growth of this country or to promote budding businesses

Aray Bai,
There every thing is taxed and no need to add more tax as every people pay tax sincerely. But here ticketless passengers are more, and when they are asked to pay for ticket(tax),eveyone is cribbing. Pay tax sinserely but ask for accountability using ROI act.

the only thing that makes people in usa is "enforcement". you probably even don't know that people in usa are afraid of "enforcement". Have you visited any place where indegenous us populace is offered any thing in "free". it is a sight like starving hunting dogs fighting for food. to reap big money you need to be in the big league of "haliburtons". because even marthas get punished for being foud out.
Can anyone tell why the govt. stalls such bariers for Business when it is good for country??? I am surprised what is th egovt. logic for creating such bariers..why they do this..for what??
Now days the sucess stories of Indian in the US are every very but in India in our own country the case is not same Why
I think becasue the corrupt govt.
if you want to do something then these people wont allow you to do. we does not care for the Talent but the caste we had reservation system which is ruining a lot of India

I won't agree with you, if you are really talent don't expect somebody to provide you a free toilet papers when required. work hard and see how to earn it. Mostly reservations are misused (not all the time), government started it with good cause and now it's became politics (that's different stories). Still people in villages are not getting proper exposure (in education) to things happening in urban. They don't know what book to read to get into IIT (Did you help them ? instead of sitting in the street and fighting with government. Don%u2019t expect his father to teach him abt CAT, IIIT exams). Also govt should make sure that the reservation is used only once in the family (I knew it will be difficult, we can ask for it).
here are my suggestions ( pls don't take them personally):
1. get angelina jolie to adopt you or still better dump pitt and marry you. 2. become a christian missionary or 3. start a company in india, set up a US office, get L1A visa and land up here. The contact sheela murthy and she knows what to do. 4. a registered nurse....(not so

You funny ! yeah those are better options to go to US. To run a website you don't need to move to US, all you need is computer. If you really talent come with invovative ideas.

The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence...iam not in favour of rampant reservations to gain political clout and mileage but also have a heart to consider all those who have been deprived through the generations!

It is a shame if after 60 years of independence, Govt. cannot guarantee at least mimimum wages to the poor people. it is also shame to talk about reservation for creamy layers, and those who at least got employment.
