The article mentions a small fact "HCL started shipping its in-house microcomputers around the same time as its American counterpart"
Look where HCL is and where Apple is now. This is nothing against HCL but rather against the way we work here in India. People are quite content with working in a service environment and basically aiming for the low hanging fruits. Really wish there was one company that would invest in innovation and R&D. Amongst the top 4 companies in India, sadly no one is doing that.

HCL Technologies is fun to be in. Almost all the abusive messages on this thread seem to have been posted by bewildered, under-performing ex-employees.
Why do people forget one basic thing--it's all about the "individual". A bad individual will find faults with any environments.
At HCL, we have direct access to even the President through some very innovative forums. And things are improving day by day, so no complaints as such.
Be it that HCL is not a great place to work(at least according what its ex employees say), or be it that the ex employees are spreading rumours about the company, it is very obvious that HCL has not built trust in its employees.. one big failure compared to which all huge leaps in the company's growth look too petty and meagre...

Hi ,We feel proud work under the Big Brand name Called HCL Comnet.. Proud to be Hcl comnetian .
too many abuses (many blocked) in one article mostly from ex-employees of the company, is neither a good sign nor espouse a really holdable image for the company. Though the existing employees/agents mean to justify, does not really help stop thinking adversely about the ethical value of the company
