This year I have short term loss (in stocks) of Rs 10000. At the same time I have got Rs 10000 as interest on fixed deposits in bank. Can I offset these short term loss with bank interest? It is possible?

as per my form-16, income tax rs. 20000/- was deducted from my salary. but the total tax liability is rs. 21500/-. how & where to pay the tax of rs. 1500
Dear Sir, I am businessman & want to file the itr but my business is very small & i have no record all of this ,i do'nt have bank a/c . Can i file the return if yes than how could i show the income? pls reply asap

Yes you can pay tax but only if you have evidence of your earning and your income is above Maximum Exemption Limit.
