They are cheapest in terms of fares. No good connectivity to all cities in India. Also food is the best among all airlines. Have you guys ate Asian Veg Meal in Lufthansa ? Make comments about AI flight after that. Air Hostess are no models but service wise they do n't lag far behind other air lines. I like emirates for Inflight entertainment and AI for its fares. If Indian Govt charges lesser taxes like Dubai does for Emirates Airlines AI deals will be really tough to beat and AI would be one of the preferred airlines for Indians at least

I travel mostly by Jet airways - I don't see anything great about this airlines apart from well-dressed air-hostesses. I don't think many people would like to pay extra from own pocket and travel by Jet just for this. It's mostly the corporate people travel by this airlines as the extra bucks are borne by the companies.
....air fare to uk is ridiculously high....it costs me same to travel from US to India and Uk to india..even though the travel time is only half of that of US!!

and on top of this you get less of baggage allowance too, to UK !.. huhh!
