I dont think this article is relevant to the Indian social mileu. Even the latest technology driven career groups like IT, outsourcing etc are still manned by Indians whose idea of a great vacation would be networking with family, old school friends etc. I can't see how such ideas as propounded in this article will fit into the Indian system. Yeah one can always send his/her boss a basket of sweets or home made delicacies :P
