Why does not Chidambaram catch the people who sell /buy these kinda apats...(may be sour grapes for me) .. as a normal tax paying person of INDIA... wht these builders, buyers are not asked for their accountability of wealth.... if Chidambaram or Govt. of INDIA has the balls to tap these sources(builders, business people, POLITICIANS) then definitely INDIA will be an economic power house....... will I or future generations see that kinda state of INDIA :-(

Congress ke hath Garib ke saath , aam admi ko kya mila . In congress communist raj only builders, SEZ owners and polticians made money
Service sector; particularly internet, electronic media, IT, and telecom have triggered a revolution in the Indian economy. Wealth creation and its distribution to the tier-1 cross section of the society is already triggered. Some of the tier-1 recepients are HNIs, retail investors, high paid skilled laborours. Over a decade, consumption attitude of our societies is growing linearly. When the urban, semi urban population in the age group of 5 to 15 years today enter the productive age group of 20 - 30, we see consumption attitude of economy will grow exponentially. Cascading effects of the initial fruits of consumption economy have triggered a revolution in Real estate, hospitality, and retail sector.
High end apartments will help maintain or even better the current growth rate of the economy as income distribution from wealthy to poor can happen. One may like to draw an emperical distribution pattern of "what can a 1 crore spent on an apartment DO to the economy". Realty is one segment of the economy which can help bridge the gap between rich and poor in the societies. Realty and allied industries can consume man hours of effort from a broad spectrum of people ranging from illiterates to the highly skilled laborers. My personal opinion is: Government should encourage construction of high end, ultra modern, ultra rich residential spaces, no matter whether such properties are the costliest in the world. It eventually result in wealth distribution. Let the rich, and
what type of reality boom , govts of state have not even records of tytle of land,,howmoney house owned, property taxes,,legal purchasing aand sources of payment,
indian are getting very rich by bank supported installment mortgaging,,inflation, super ego, media controlled hype is good as far limited to metropolitan cities,, the day are not far away when dalit primeminister has to tex bigger villas and mensiion according to per square area and pay property tex annually at inflated rate,,more rent for more house,, most of people have not dream of getting of clean water, education , basic needs, our politician needs high rize builder to see the slum ,,the future of indian politician are bright as long the villager are divided on caste religion and regiion,, people are getting very wise and ready to take on any one in near future,,, india will one of the heavy texed country in 2020
Yes there are houses which even costs 10 crore in Bangalore. But is that all money white, & legal? (I am not even asking whether is moral) These apts would all turn up to be the dens of mafia, hawala dealers, terrorists, politicians, corrupt babus, cine stars, and all the shady characters in India. Some of the commetators may see this as the signs of properity, I would see them as the new signs of filth. Sour grapes as they may sound, the reality is that these crores that go into these apts are all blood money..

Boss...hang on. The builders might be anyone but buyers are there are genuine tax paying NRIs buying these apartments.
With the law and order, corruption , hygine , discipline , self respect , attitude etc etc etc.. every in deep shit in INDIA... WE CAN BUY THE WHOLE COUNTRY FOR 4.5 CR..it might be reasonable.. as the country is worth so..
Instead spending 4.5 crores in a shit place like Indiam i'd rather buy an apartment in New-York / Melbourne / Vancouver / London. The infrastructure is million times better, and so is law and order.

ha ha excellent man..more than all these.. the corruption to move your papers related to flat and land in all govt sectors is easy compared to this country..
Here apart frm the apartment cost u need to pay govt officials for authorization report...
Being smart I will not buy such expensive house, rather I will invest in some other country where prices are stable and infrastructure is more better then india, nothing is organised in India, according to me its a waste of money, 4.5 crore is a huge amount
