DOWN WITH EVERY QUOTA PROPONENT
by Omega on Jul 06, 2007 01:54 PM  Permalink

We are just in the nascent stages of an economic boom. It was only 17 years ago that, we just had enough foreign exchange to cater for two weeks import. We went begging left, right and centre - IMF, ADB and every other lender for a few notes of dollars.
We too are typically like the chinese. They were bottled up for 30 years, but the moment Deng Xia Ping opened up the economy, look at the chinese, they are now feared all over, because they can compete with any western country and finish off their domestic industry. Today, we have just taken off, the combined pool of indian talent, the farsightedness of our indian industry, backed by lakhs of students coming out of the colleges, full of intellect and enthusiasm to face the challenges.

Now this Govt wants to kill off this youth. As it is, by their reservation in every college, they fork out exorbitant sums by borrowing from banks, selling off property or mortgaging their mother's jewellery, all in the hope that, once they finish their education, they will be able to compete equally and get a decent job, that can pay off these loans or buy a house thus fulfilling a long cherished dream of theri parents.

It is this dream of the millions of youngsters of today and the future, that the Govt is attempting in a demonic manner to finish off.
YOUTHS OF THIS COUNTRY, UNITE FOR A CASTELESS SOCIETY WITH EQUAL OPPORTUNITY FOR ALL.

After all, it was not your choice, where or to what caste you were born

The state of Private Sector with Quota System
by Omega on Jul 06, 2007 01:36 PM  Permalink

Hospitals - The guy can open you up and but has no idea of closing up
Automobile Industry - Never heard of clutch assembly but he has remembered to put the gear pedal.
Pharmaceutical - Got the mix wrong, so you get a all in one tablet
IT - Boy, you have let all the viruses in, now gone running to look around for an antibiotic
IT - Will be talking gibberish to his foreign clients, and that is the end of the contract.
IT BPO - Oh, boy, imagine trying to sell a product or give a service support, in hinglish, pinglish, bonglish, kinglish or any other of local languages
Airlines - Has learned the art of take off, so just cater for a few parachutes when you board next time.
Airline Counter - Heard of check in, so when the plane lands, rushes to check you out of the aircraft.
Hotel Industry - Boy, what will be the menu you will order and what are you going to get
Engineering Services - Pretty quick at dismantling, but then you better have a budget to pay as compensation for a new machine.
Tourism - Book for Pattani and go to Kittani
Like someone said on this forum, have special boards for each industry as per their individual needs like: -
Hospitals - Now approaching danger zone, quota doctors only for quota patients
Airline - Please show your parachute at the boarding gate
5 Star Hotels - Please bring a print of the menu you wish to order
WHAT ELSE CAN I SAY. IN THIS COUNTRY, ALL POLITICAL PARTIES ARE BENT UPON DIVIDING THIS COUNTRY TO FULFILL THEIR GREED

Sir/Ma'am,

Who said INDIA is a free

country ?

This CLASSIC BRITISH COLONIAL

POLICY of "Divide n Rule " thru

reservations still exist

BASICALLY what these people

want is a "cradel to grave "

security for themselves .

There are ONLY 2 kin of people

-those who have money

and those who DONOT

[Poor & Rich ]

[There are Rich Arabs who are NOT

truely religious -they enjoy life

Ditto with "True Hindus,Jews,Sikhs,

Christians ,Jains "]

There are resrvations everywhere

1>"Education Seat reservations "
----------------------------

In Govt & Pvt Colleges

[I would like to send all those

ministers to GOVT trained MBBS

Docs practising -do thy know

anything at all?]

2>NOW these people having enjoyed

Free Books ,Free seats & Free

scholarships ,Free Govt Jobs

NOW want Free Pvt sector Jobs

I know these people -some of who

setteld abroad in $Paying posts

now Giving adverts in News[papers

like Times of India asking for

"Professional s with SC/ST/OBC

certificates " ONLY

[cross check this with the TIMES OF

INDIA ]

THERE ARE 2ND GENERATION youngsters

who are now ENJOYING THE SAME

BENEFITS THEIR PARENTS DID IN

ALL THE COLLEGES N GOVT JOBS

[& Now they want even Pvt sector

jobs ]

WE should ALL fight back -

the policy whld be ONLY

'ECONOMIC '

Students who can Afford fees

& those who cannot.

Look at TamilNadu = 69 %

reservations -

ARE THYYE MAD ?

Rgds

Shiv

THIS BLOODY RESERVATION ALREADY AFFECTED OUR NUCLEAR SECTOR & NOW SPREADING TO PRIVATE SECTOR.
INSTEAD OF THIS WE SHOULD DEVELOP OUR PRIMARY EDUCATION SECTOR.

Nowhere to go
by priyo chatterjee on Jul 06, 2007 01:14 PM  Permalink

The reason I chose not to work in the public sector is because I can't stand the situation where a person is your superior not by merit but by caste. Now the govt. is planning to impose this nasty practice in the Pvt. sector too. Probably now the only option left is to be self employed or leave the country. I hate the current law makers of this country infecting every place left to survive with their dirty rules.

good comment Vaghela
by Me Patel on Jul 06, 2007 01:02 PM  Permalink

So now every resume should clearly mention
BE or any Degree - from reservation quota or from free quota on merit

And as mentioned, in the board of a Doctor, it should be mentioned clearly whether he was in reservation quota or did his degree on merit.

Absolutely correct. In fact the all the professionals who are using these should display that they are from this quota...

This should be complusory too....

I very much agree with you. As consumers we have a right to know the professional we are dealing with (esp when it comes to health). It should be made a law for every doctor to reveal whether his seat was through merit or reservation quota or via donation.
