60 years of pampering!
by Mitul Mehta on Jul 06, 2007 12:14 PM  Permalink

Mr. Prime Minister,

Pls explain a logic behind your decision to reserve jobs in pvt sector for SC/ST/OBC? And I am not going to accept that it is for "economic equality in the society". The economic growth of the country is not a "by the way" phenomenon. There is a lot of hardwork and sacrifice that go in at individual level. And it is irrespective of caste & class.

For over 60 years (nearly 2 generations of working population) that our governments have pampered the backward class and continue to do so. Why? There is no derth of opportunities. If you have the drive you will succeed. By creating reservations, you are discouraging the go-getter spirit among a large section of the population and building frustration. This will also leed to drainage of talent from India.

Pls take note of this and frame your policies.

Tommorrow he will ask us to reserve 50% of Our house to these loosers.
by Polisetty Ravishankar on Jul 06, 2007 12:02 PM  Permalink

I am sure that with the pace of the at which congress is forcing reservations on us, we will soon have to reserve our private properties also - buy houses and then reserve 50% to the Muslims, BCs, SCs, STs and then the whole bunch of OBCs. And I cant even guess what else they might want us to reserve.

Thinkers and well wishers of India ....... lets unite ourselves and plan to come into politics and then give them a befitting reply.

I dont live in India but am a victim of reservations and so am never going to leave this and many other issues. I am a Cardio- Vascular Surgeon and have strongly resolved that I will come back to India only after earning good amount of money without which nothing is possible in India.

And dear friends!!! Why do we talk about voting? I am sure we should not vote and infact use the section 49-O of the Indian Consitution until we come to power. I have a solid idea and a concrete plan to come to Power. Like minded people ...... please get in touch with me - sairavishankar_9@rediffmail.com

Am ready to do anything for the benefit of Our Country

Regards!!!

Dr. Ravishankar Polisetty

So you tell how RSS and Madarsaes are different, same ideology of treating other religions as inferior, same caste hatred in all of their programs, why these religional scuffles/ caste based scuffles happen only in BJP ruled states, thes state POGROM of ethnic cleansing.

Have you read the history of RSS??
Do it once with an open mind.
If someone has filled crap in your mind, its time to review it. Its a sincere suggestion.
But, see the authors name and credentials before reading!

Forward caste as a Minority community
by Ganesh Ramaiah on Jul 06, 2007 11:43 AM  Permalink

On a funny side I think, there should be a census of forward castes and if the numbers are low (10-15%), we should get the "minority" tag. This will enable us to set up educational institutions of our own and allow us to select only forward caste students. Amazing. All castes can set up similar institutes as every caste will be a minority and India will be a great place with affirmative action for everyone:-)

The world will laugh at us and we will be bottoms up on all charts, but who two hoots for that ?

Thanks. What I meant was Indian economy is booming nowadays. Now, I understood the policy of the government. They are benchmarking Zimbabwe, Bangladesh and likes. So, they are doing everything possible to keep India there like they have done in the first 55 years after independence!
