I had attended a seminar organised by ASSOCHAM sometime back. The above subject was discussed on the pattern of classroom discussion and some people were even then agitated when nothing was acually being physically shared by SC/STs. There is urgent requirement for our society to develop the weaker section for their own safety. Hungry masses are not only blot on the civilised society but are also threat to its very existence.Let people not talk of only reservations for menial jobs or lower level of jobs for the SC/STs. They should think of giving them representation even at the top level.The upper rung of the society has had reservation in almost all fields for a long time. Please give a chance for the depressed ones, to develop, as they are your brothers/sisters.
As the article says, Indian Corporate sector plans to take over management of 32 of Govt. run Industrial training Institutes. Where it can have SC/ST / OBC as per govt. set norm.
At the same time training will be as per Private sector norms. I think it is win win for all as long as these guys are asked to compete in open quota once they come in Job Market.
If they claim for reservation right upto GM and VP level in private sector. Than MM Singh is killing the private sector which has to compete with efficient Asian economies.

1. Remove all your personal advisors and secretaries from PMO and in private and appoint only SC/ST's into these posts.
2. Sack all your personal physicians and appoint only SC/ST'S into the same.
3. Ensure that every personal support staff of yours...(including your DRIVER/SECURITY STAFF/ COOK... etc.) is a SC/ST. Sack the rest..
I AM AWARE THAT NOT EVEN 1% OF YOUR STAFFERS COME FROM THE QUATA CLASS. PRIME MINISTER.. IT IS VERY EASY TO BRAG AND MAKE STATEMENTS.. BUT THE REALITY IS FAR FROM THIS.
DO THE ABOVE.. AND PUBLISH IT IN THE NEWSPAPERS AND YOU SHALL SEE THE DIFFERENCE IN INDIAN QUOTA POLICY..
