This news is completly fraud..... the lawyerer charges, and what the news mentioned is just to trap the people...we have not seen any fraud companies ever in USA...the news who mentioned here may be fraud,...as I know meny North Indian companies are fraud......
This article is clearly funded by Big Indian companies and is totally biased against small companies. While there are a few fraudsters who dupe candidates, there are many who genueinely are small consultants who hire people in india and place them with product companies in US. TCS wipro and infosys don't have any of their projects in US but they also put people on client projects.. TCS record in employee exploitation is the worst and is well known..

think u r a fraud consultant...i have come across abt 5 to 6 people without any experience with H1 visa...they cant even speak proper english...i m not with infy, wipro or tcs...but i m sure they send atleast experienced guys..
I think the writer missed a point here. There are huge number of person who goes to these people to get into US. At least they are entering the country leagally. Majority of them knows that once they come here they can get their H1 transferred to any other company. Even after this their are huge queues who would still be ready to invest their fortunes to realise their dreams. Anyway people even pay heafty sum to get into any other country illegally. This is at least with leagal documents.

with all due respect, i think you are missing the point here. if the U.S based employer and the job listed on the H-1B application are not true, then it constitutes a immigration fraud.
In india valuation of employees and appreciation is too less....that why people wish to go for US ...where recognition is high !
Freshers and laterals work like anything till midnight ....but managers happily enjoi the life in house with little work hours . Why dont companies recognise talented individuals.....
if they are recognised and paid with lots of shares ....i m sure indians in US will come back here !
The Right ways to look at the situation 1) If you are going out of india, ensure for a written contract with the company. 2) The employer pays for every thing. 3) Remember that you are offering your services for which you get paid. The foreign perks applicable to the job should be carefully negotiated. 4) Do not give your passport to any one or if insisted by the company ask for a valid receipt.
Once you get the fundas right there's no question of getting duped by any one.
how the real estate party has crashed in India so also 'going to US by hook or crook' party. There are far more options today than the simple 'go to US' and make money. Guess today we can make more money sitting in India than going to US and doing some old shit work. Of course if you are some Phd or some other hifi person it makes sense to go to US.
you may call this as a case of sour grapes, BUT then are these the only places. IF its your dream to go there and you get there fine. IF NOT chill, its OK. its not the end of the world. there are so many more avenues this mad rush to get there - BY HOOK OR CROOK - its crazy.
