Dear Mr. Ram, You have jumped the gun.You should read GOOD TO GREAT by JIM COLLINS. First and foremost you need a leader with professional will and personal humility. Then get right people on board and wrong people off board.Vision ,strategy follows after that. Every one has vision, strategy but not all achieve success.
I like the article's simplicity. The message is make things simple, it will bear fruit. Management education has become unnecessarily complex (or made complex by management mandarins).
Ram's message is Simple but outstading experience which will be helful for aspiring entrepreneurs and managers to think simple way by keeping vision beyond the boundaries.
Thanks,Mr.Ram. Articles such as these would help people like us....the would be managers a lot.I hope people like u would come forward and enrich us with more such interesting articles.
Co-incidentally, the message matches with the words of Swami Vivekananda, who discussed about 3H - Heart, Head, and Hand, for any great job to be accomplished.
Thanks Mr.Sudhakar for sharing your views. It proves that management can't be blindly adapted from books. Management skillsets have to be either acquired from mentors or it has to come from within.
Nice one Mr. Ram, The whole crux of successful management told in a crisp and simple language. Very impressive and a good read.... Hope aspiring managers like me would be able to adopt these three aspects very effectively..... Thanks a ton...
