Most of these matrices are plain rubbish. Everyone knows that a guy with high performance and high potential is better than a guy with low performance and low potential. Any way the process of evaluation is subjective, whats the point in having these 9, 15, 25 point matrices
The Evaluation is incomplete, unless you provide with a points table, that would help in computation of remarks/points to be plotted on the 3 X 3 Matrix.
