Dunno about the rest of the stuff, but the paragraph about Asokans has been copied word for word from : http://www.travelandleisure.com/articles/indias-road-to-riches/?page=2

Rediff .... chuck out copyright breaking plagiarising hopeless writers anf get someone who can pen down an original paragraph.

We cannot tell the rediff that they have chuck out copyrights.

I just visited the url that you have mentioned and found that the rediff did not copy the same content. If it does you are right. But it is not the case here.
