India will continue to shine inspite of the slowdown.
Globalization will continue to exist . USA/UK will continue to play a big role in it. US economy grew so much by virtue of good economic and market driven policies, and excllent investment policies. I do not think they will move towards protectionism. However, some pull back will occur due to slowdown.
Going forward the globalization challenges will increase because it is not benefiting all segments , and due to increasing political pressures.
In my view, India will be impacted only if the rising cost , high attrition rates are not controlled.
