I m sure Ratan Tata would taken our country fifity years ahead of now if he was given the same benifits and concession which Mr. Narayan Murthy & co. got in last ten years.
Give the same benifits and concession to other industries like softwares and see how india progress under corporate leadership of Ratan Tata. Government is still required to learn lessson from legend like Ratan Tata and should allow Depriciation on Machinery @60% (today it is only 15%), simillar to that of computer.
