So those criticising this effort - do you have any suggestions as to what would be more motivating and satisfying before you take to knock this intiative-all you have is dolts with the iq of retarded monkeys making quick sound bytes without thinking anything through- easiest thing to do- put your brains into words and come up with alternative solutions tht would work better, or get back to searching for another story to write your criticism on.
Good to hear this. Atleast now, HR can spend sometime with the employees on the pretext of making arrangements or we can say one more step towards 'PAMPERING".
As days goes, companies will come with an option of "Legal Mating" scheme within the premises to retain employees, sorry to ensure that employees don't move out of the company's premises at all.

So the school /college days and all the singing that goes on is a step toward mating in School ? awesome thinking man. Where were you educated in a govt school that did not have any fun ?
R they out there to work or sing and dance?? Why do they need any other idol than Narayana Murthy? There are just some bull shiit practices initiated by the HR's on the ground of retaining employees.

So are they dancing on your time ? Or using your tax money ? What of govt employees who ar epaid our tax money and do no work ?And the idol is a contest, they are not giving a role model to the rest but a contest to allow talent to participate, how does that compete with Narayan Murthy? And how does having Narayan Murthy as an idoltolook upto help engage an employee's creative side ?
Its really wonderful that companies like Infosys are taking initiative and involving their employees in these types of activities.
With this initiation, employees will be motivated, satisfied and above all will dedicate themselves towards the company and produce good results not only for the company but also for the nation.

Yeah it would also help all those working in the textile, the diamond exports, and IT industry too,as well most of the dependent agencies like security, transport, recruitment and the ancilliaries dependent on this like housing and office space and retail- so sure by your logic the entire nation should be singing Krishna.

No only being made to work forhours and sweat blood and tears leads to satsifaction ,how can you have fun at work ? How can enjoying being at work lead to satisfaction ? How stupid- boil them all in oil and double their work hours and halve their pays !- that should lead to satisfaction ( at least for sadists).
