you ought to be out of your mind to promote such a move. MNC managers with their overgrown ego are choosing to quit, coz the boss sitting in some OECD country choose a conservative path which did not gel well with their ego. Switch to one of the Indian companies and the overgrown ego is deflated in one prick, flat. The so called Indian MNCs, just do not have the work culture, sucking up to the boss IS the culture.

Leave apart fluke shot working from time to time, there is just no logic or substance to promotion of your idea Mr. Writer.

When you talk about Bank%u2026!!. Ask anyone in ICICI or any other Indian run banks.. How they work for at least 12 hrs a day and curse the management..!! Half day on Saturday ends at 6 Pm.. Monday when they come to office.. there is so much of work to do..(mostly Babugiri) that they regret having 1 day leave.. MNC weather in IT, bank or any other sector are better paid, better employee oriented.. Simply because they have more to spend.. Leaving MNC and joining Desi is nightmare..!! So please don%u2019t pramote false information..!!

Also to a large extent this is restricted to industries in which mostly managers herd a bunch of people, but not technology/products. I don't think there is any Indian company (in tech or non-tech areas) where there are great managers who can manage tech/products AND people. Obviously, this goes back to the fact that there very few companies developing products (at least in the hi-tech area of computers/software).
