Can Someone Explain IPO's thru Book Building Route?
by DSK Rao on Aug 30, 2007 11:02 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

IPO's thru book building route seems to be a good way of making lot of money by companies on the premium and also making the promoters worth millions overnigth. Can someone explain who decides the price band? and who ensures that proper checks are in place to decide the price bands?
