A great way to air his grievance and of course the builder's shoddy work.I have seen the video myself and it does totally expose how all of these builders doling out so called luxury apartments at atrocious prices shortchange the consumer on quality.I own an apartment at Parsvnath Prestige and am a victim of similar issues.Seepage galore,poor fit and finish in virtually everything,sub standard material used in wiring etc.Despite repeated reminders the problems have not been rectified and I have half a mind to go in for litigation.One thing am sure of, my next property will definitely not be from this builder and I will double check on the antecedents and past work before I go and sink my savings.
