Bade Bhaiya, This lady will change her stance after some days. Yester she told for the benefits of poor farmers she made new farm policy and today she changed. Tomorrow she will change her decision to allow them again. I am absolutely agree with your observation that it need a lot of guts to change colour like this. We are elcting these nonsence politician to govern us because of cast and other considerations. Its ok we have all right to do it, but for god sake donot jstify these headless chickens.

It does not take any guts to fight big business for a CM - the businessmen get scared and pay up. Mayawati's supportor's have paid huge money to get BSP ticket and they want their money back quick with interest. Selling vegetables is the least important business for Mukesh Ambani - he will just take out other investments from UP.
Thoda paisa de naa Thoda paisa de naa Election aa rahaa hai naa Thoda paisa de naa Varnaa tera dhanda band kar denaa Aur tu ghar jaa naa Fresh ho yaa baasi, mujhe kyaa karna Aye Ganpat thoda paisa de naa
Hope the Tamilnadu Government is watching the happenings in the UP, as they have only been barking but not biting despite so many days of protest from its small time vendors against the whole salers like Reliance. It takes guts!!

This is to get 100-200 crores from Reliance Industries just like Ramdoss asked the cricketers and Film stars not to promote soft drink since these drinks are injurious to Health but just after one month the same minister informed Parliament that everything is okey with soft drinks and they are not bad for health. The story in between is between Health Minsiter and Soft Drink Manufacturers

Beside this soft drink episode, Ramdoss has one more feather in cap. The pictorial health warning as per MoH notification of July 5,2006 should have been effective from February 1, 2007postphone to May 2007 and now for indefinite period. The reason, a nice meeting of Tobacco Lobby with honourable Health Miniter.

What guts? Just need to be dump to take such a decision. All the years we've heard traders of hoarding and black marketing of goods to make quick bucks. The middle men deny the farmers their real value but themselves make good money. remember mothers spending hours everyday trying to remove stones from rice and wheat? Almost every kirana store employees child labour. Vested interests (read politicians - many of them are traders themselves) dont want organized sector to improve things. They dont want consumers to get good quality goods. They dont want farmers to get good returns and timely payment for their produce. They gain in keep india backward and poor. Shame on them and fools who support them

Nothing will change for farmers and consumers. Now we will be looted by Ambani, Mittal etc. Only style and name will change. I am not a supporter of Mayawati. Mayawati is also changing, previously she used to deal with many people now she will deal with three or four persons.
Dear all, This lady is clever than fox. Since the midterm election seems to a a near possibility so she changed her colour all of sudden. Secondly, Dear Mukesh hasnot yet started to give donations to BSP like they are giving to Congress, BJP or other mejor political parties from south.Once the donation deal will be negotiated between them, everything will be 123 and fine. After all our business tycoons should take care of only dalit leader of this country. She is very clever headless chicken (politician)and going to stay in Indian politics for long. Whether we love her or hate her she will be there.

Excellent observation Mr.Manu ji.After this she will say "reliance" also started to give her funds as her partymen did on her birthday!!But I do not think Communists will pull down this rag tag UPA government because they too will enter into a "huge deal of all kinds " including elections in BJP ruled states are approaching very fast.

Communists has already struck a deal with Reliance in West Bengal. Why they will pull down UPA when they are earning well.
I think mukeshbhai should withdraw all his investment already done and in pipeline from UP. That will only way to show how it would affect progress of any sate if they take decisions like this. Well one more thing.... U Cant expect anything better from this stupid MAYAVAAAAAAATIIIIIIII

hai man.... no business can grow in this situation... better to go for any other place and make effort... by the way r u from UP???
Left and other parties in the UPA doesn\'t have a long term vision for India. If left comes to power in center then they will remove all super markets from India.
Look how Tamil Nadu is progressing under DMK. They have reliance, big bazzar, Nokia and others.
Left is not criticising DMK. Why? Is it becos of Karuanidhi?? Don\'t know.

karuna knows that once money starts flowing his well-oiled Machinery [Stalin,Kanimozi, etc.] is bound to reap a big Harvest. So this is only an investment from a businessman who has made money even out of Veerangam Project [for Water for the water-starved Chennai]
