Dont' crib. Work harder and work smarter
by TSudhindra Kumar on Sep 11, 2007 07:33 PM  Permalink

I am an enterpreneur myself. I am not yet in a position to say that I am successful however I m working hard. Just by blaming Brahmanism or Regulation or Financial institutions nothing is going to change. things are what they are if you do not have the capacity to change the tide change your sail. You have to correct yourself, you have to adjust yourself and work harder yourself. Even I feel I should do better in the given time. Imagine people like Ambani who came up in the time of License raj how much difficulty he would have faced. Take Narayana Murthy has things were given to them for becoming enterpreneurs. Its the burning desire you should have and not cribbing about things which are not working. If things were so simpler to become enterpreneur everybody wants to become entrepreneurs and no body wants to work and whom will you employ. A one man shop cannot grow beyond a level. Hope people make benefit of my comments.

Regards,
TSudhi

India is the graveyard of entrepreneurial culture; thanks to the ideology of Brahmanism.
by Ekalavyan on Aug 18, 2007 10:33 AM  Permalink

India is the graveyard of entrepreneurial culture; thanks to the over dominance of ideology of Brahmanism.
Brahmanisn, the ideology of indian ruling castes led by intellectually dishonest Brahmins.Brahmanism is the enemy Nummber One of entrepreneurship. Brahmanism, the other name of Hinduism is the negation of all human values, like libery, equality and fraternity.
Brahmanism retards, stagnates, and undermine the development of science and technology. We Indians are unfit for team work and we lack spirit of corporate sentiment, because of the cancerous influence of Brahmanism on Indian polity.True, there may be few successful upper caste world class entrepreneurs here and there. They are only exceptions;mind you, few exceptions prove the rule. Only Dalit- Bahujans can produce tens of thousands of world class entrepreneurers. But unfortunately they are left out in the lurch.
For entrepreneurship to flourish in india a high voltage cultural revolution is a must or rather a pre condition. This professor evades most inconvenient cultural problems; so is the interviewer, being a typical a higher order Brahminised sudra!!! God save this country!!!

System change
by mahesh on Aug 05, 2007 02:27 PM  Permalink

You may have lot of ideas and dream to become an enterpreneur. but, evenually you will end up in using fraud mechanism. If you aren't the system will make you to do that. If you are an entrpreneur you must have experienced it or wish to become, prepare for it.

What are you trying to suggest? That all entrepreneurs resort to fraud, which is nothing short of preposterous.
You seem to be a frustrated entrepreneur. May be you need to chill and introspect rather than blame others who are successful. There are any number of entrepreneurs who have come up the hard way. If you have the guts, try to draw inspiration rather then crying wolf here.

I would say that the IIM's and top management schools should have a different dept for entrepreneurs in first year. They should have an optional subject in first year only .They dept will take care of all the activities for the students those who are interested in starting their own business.
