Mumbai dont needs a Manager. It may be the First step to make mumbai more dirty. One man can't control so many departments & coordinate to keep mumbai going. Its very difficult task & in present conditions its highly impossible.

I agree fully with you Mr Rahul gujar.First of all the political scenario of Mumbai should be changed. Also the police curruption, taking bribes by the ministers, police officials, gundagiri should be taken care of then only there is some hope for mumbaites.Thank you.
It is not correct to say that all tax collected out of Mumbai belongs to Mumbai only. Many of the corporates and banks who have activities through out the country centralises thier tax payments and is done at Mumbai which is usualy the corporate Head quarters of many organisations. So just because so much amount of tax is collected in Mumbai does not means it all belongs to Mumbai.

mumbai as a whole has been always favoured by all central govtS.always huge amount of money has been sanctioned for mumbai.SO IT IS JUST CORRUPTION FOR WHICH INDIA IS FAMOUS TODAY.
We should first uplift the SC/ST/OBC and then think of development. Any so called manager should be from reserved category. India will only develop of SC/ST/OBC develops. Jai Dalit Sena

Boss, what are you talking? You cannot say that Bombay / India will develop only if a given section develops. Thats all gas. If Bombay [Mumbai] has to emerge as a financial center, here's what we need to do... 1] Round up all the key characters from BMC, MMRDA and State Govt. 2] Take them on a month long study tour of classy cities like Shanghai, HongKong, KL [All SE ASIAN economies]. They have to each submit a report to a committee of landscape and townplanning professionals for improvement of Mumbai on those lines. 3] The committee weighs all suggestions, comes up with a final plan and prepares a budget. 4] The timelines, sub-plans and all the activities have to be planned phase-wise based on this plan, with a strict deadline. 5] Budget has to be approved at center. 6] Strict, military-like implementation of this is must, with super-severe penalty clauses.
JITNA SAB CONTRACTORS AUR BABU-LOG NE KHAAYA HAI, SAB NIKLEGA ;)

This is nice example of Member of loksabha, he prefer his bollywood carrier first than people.
And it is acceptable to Congress and poor peoples of Mumbai also.
