Who ever pass the examination as reserve candidate, qualification should be tagged as (RESEVERD).They should always mention as Dr(R) or Er(R) so that person can take decision whether take or not to take their services. %u2013 Solve Right of Information
Make separate university or institution for reserve candidate, where only reserve candidate can study and only reserve teacher can teach. %u2013 Solve Employment for reserve candidate .
