how can be kotak mahindra bank on 10th spot? there is no name of banks like ICICI & HDFC on the list? These all rating are false. I think these rating are only to promote the name in the market.

Doing huge turnovers and profits need not get the company no1 in best employer list. any company with good work atmosphere can get into the list.. big names need not feature because of bad work culture in many companies.
Hewitt certainly is at the bottom of the there published list ... how else can there employees come up with such a crapy list ... if satyam can be on top 2 ... India can still win 2007 world cup .. how much money did satyam and all pay for this rating ????
On Postive side .... India Cric team should hire them for Cricket ranking ... they might be able to rate India No. 1
I am sure if you are working in any of the these TOP 25 employers in India, you wont even bother to read this list. Its hard to believe Domino's Pizza is better employer than Infosys,CTS,HSBC etc..what a crap man?
Last year Infy was rated as the best company to work for...and this year its not even in the list of top 25 !!! either the last year's rating was wrong or this is fraud...such diff in rank cant happen over a year

tat makes them best employer kya...?? they pay the highest in the industry..but why is it that their attrition is the highest in the industry...
This survey couldnot be trusted. Aditya Birla Group is known as one of the least paying companies in this industries. And in this survey they are the best. I think we should read this survey from bottom to top. But still they dont deserve the 25th place. :) I think this is a paid survey just to mislead people.

Strongly agree with the view. Satyam is the worst company to work with less ethics and more politics. This survy is another form advertisement. I believe, Hewitt Associates are involved in match fixing. Pay money, you are Baap No 1.
Happy to see the rating..however factors considered for the same are two vague but definately young MBAs and engineers will find it relevent while choosing for their career options
