sir, I am working for BSNL ,They dont have HR Policy& CMD himself not professional.They never encourge MBAs .To my opinion Satyam,Agile are the best sincerely, r.rangarajan

Or are you talking about the state-of-the-art gym inside the campus? Remember, like you & me know all these are not "facilities" provided to Infosys' employees, they are "paid services". Tell me one thing that Infosys provides free of cost to it's employees! Even a basic thing like parking is not free... so what facilities are you talking of?
And if you are talking about the beautiful campuses being built, remember these are not for the employees, but they are for customers... have you ever played golf in the campus? Ask any top honchos from your client whether they have played and they'll say 'Yes'! Infosys management is just building up their assets by developing these campuses. So, don't be swayed by all the crap that the management dishes out in the name of "facilities"!

Well i am afraid none of the above listed 25 companies provide facilities you are expecting....I think infy should definitely figure in top 10. This rating is ridiculous.

Infy can buy rediff not others. Anyway what is the credibility of this survey they had TCS on top last time, and I know what a creepy company TCS is to work for.
