This is just a corporate deal, nothing less and nothing more. There are no emotions involved here. This is Americanisation of Indian businesses, where the only motive is to make money. If it cannot be made by running the business, it should be made by selling it.

Another guy who thinks he has seen america and discovered the secret of business...
My dear mohit, every businessman in india knows that it is only for money. Please don't bother stating the obvious and insulting our intelligence...
UP elections wants to pump money. So mulayam and Amar singh has sold out Air-Sahara in which Subrat Roy is a just a small element. Sahara is the company of Mulayam Singh Yadav, in which he invested all his balck money. During his Cheif ministership he has alloted lots of Land to Sahara, now after election they will construct houses to sell it, but it all needs money??This is the reason of Air Sahara was sold out. Jet Air knew this fact and very timely they hit the hammer, and succeeded.
The Loser is only the consumer, Mr Goyal is a shrewd businessman, he will milk every thing from his customers. He now has a near monopoly in many cities were earlier Sahara was the only competitor.
great words Mr.Roy.Emotions and passion are more important than professionalism alone to make an organization successful. It's just the state of mind otherwise an assignment, executed passionately, will always yeild positive results.Case study is growth of ADAG headed by Mr.Anil D. Ambani
