Value added tax on cigarette is ridiculous. First state government should not impose on this product taking the meaning of the phrase "Value Addition" in to account. If Kerala state gov. wants to generate more revenue... they should look for other areas.
Neighbouring states like TN, Pondicherry(the part sorrounded by kerala) will be having great profit in cigarette sales... Traders get ready for the harvest! :D
