hutch showing bad service

so far i have seen some bad services from hutch like ques for billing,running out of executives, need to attempt twice for dialing no. hope vadafone will overcome this problems

Does Vodaphone/Hutch charge for the unanswered calls to other phones? I have noticed it for Reliance postpaid connections.

i hope vodafone would provide better offers than hutch is providing at present...
we want more freebies and slash in rates..
airtel has done it i hope vodafone does it too...
