The minister's reluctance to atttend the ENGINEERING COUNCILS' and other trade body meetings is ridiculous. If only 5 states are contributing to 75% of exports, it is not the mistake of these states. U want to punish the performers by not atending the meetings?
It is heartening to note that Sri Jairam Ramesh is uplifting export oriented business of the rural sectors neglected by the local/ central government and helping the millions from the unorganised sectors by taking intiatives to their benefit.
