Wipro, Infosys and Satyam started looking at Tier 2 and 3 cities like Vizag, Madhurai, Jaipur etc., Now the respective state governments and the educational institutions have to play an active role in harnessing their efforts and make the skilled labour available for these industries to grow and flourish.
