Survey with only educated cannot make us most optimist. what about the most of our population who are deprived of their basic rights which they themselves do not know. Let all of us think seriously to educate them first. already many decades have past without actually solving the ground reality except the paper works on the table.
Sorry for being critical but It's not the optimism factor that allows indian to invest but it's the greediness factor in india which has surfaced all levels.they can do anything for little sight of money.
well, I support the previous comments made by the readers. What is your sample space for the poll and does it have enough diversity to speak up for the millions of people in our country? 17% of the billions !!!! I think you are talking of the filthy rich...Lets stick to the bare reality rather be hypocratic.
It's good to know that we are topping the chart in optimism! But we need to know the profiles of the respondents since any survey results without such details is incomplete.
Who was polled? No info on that. Says Indians were polled. Which Indians? Urban people? Rural people? Males? Females? Income level? Education? No info on these.
Say how the sample was selected. Tell us what questions were asked. Tell us the results, and dont mix it with your opinion. All of us have opinions - does not mean they are all right.

More than half polls are simply made up and the rest are usually sponsored/financed by a particular company/organisation to use the data for its vested interest (like usefulness of its product), so these results are mostly biased and far from truth. So, whichever way you look, polls seldom reveal the true picture, thus we must treat these hundreds of polls we face everyday on news channels and elsewhere with caution and for rough estimates.
