I am a science graduate and holding a two years diploma certificate in Computers I was recruited in Clerical cadre in the year 2000 in Department of Post. and After few months i was deputed to Vadodara for training as system administrator. The duration of course was 12 Days and since then i have been handling computer systems of One Division. The area is almost 3700 square Kms. But until now we have not received any benefits. I suggest that permanent posts for system administrators be created in this Dept depending on the workload and a separate cadre should be made. Now that we have 6 years of experience in handling this systems we should be given regular aapopintment as System Administrators. if necessary an exam may be conducted.

BUT AFTER FIFTH PAY COMMISSION THE ENGINEERS GOT LESSER PAY THAN THE DOCTORS. MOREOVER ADMINISTRATORS WHO WERE HAVNG PASSED IAS WERE GIVEN A HIGHER SCALE OF PAY. AN ENGINEER OR DOCTOR CAN BE A ADMINISTRATOR BUT A ADMINISTRATOR CANOT BE A DOCTOR OR ENIGNEER . IN THE PRIVATE JOB MARKET ENGINEERS WERE PAID HIGH WHERE AS ADMINISTARATORS WERE PAID LESS. TECHNOCRATS SHOULD BE GIVEN A HIKE IN THE PAY THAN ADMINISTRATORS. NOW A DAYS A CIVIL ENGINEER IN INDIA WITH 15 YEARS EXPERIENCE CAN EARN MINIMUM OF 3 LAKHS PER MONTH BUT IN GOVT IT IS PATHETIC. ONLY 6500 BASIC IS IT RIDICULOUS. COMPUTER ENGINEERS,SOFTWARE ENGINEERS ADN CIVIL ENGINEEERS EXILE IN THE OPEN M,ARKET. CONSIDERING THSI ENGINEERS SHOULD BE GIVEN A GREAT HIKE IN PAY AND ALLOWANCES SO THAT ALL CIVIL ENGINEERING SKILLS WILL BE EFFECTIVELY USEFUL FOR THE GOVERNEMNT.
Sir It is requested that lot of project staff are working in govt organizations. They are working purely temporary basis. Their is no security of services while they are more qualified in comparison of permanent staff. So it is requested to you that their wages should be more then the other permanent staff because their is no pension, no bonus, no secutrity of services, no increment, no allowance to him. They are working in consolidated salary and there is very small increment to him annually. please sir do some favourable about the same. These are my personal views. Thanking you sir

Dear Anu, I agree with your statement about the temporary employees situation. But there is no responsibility, more ever, permanent employee, definitely possessing to administer at the worst situation than any others. So no problem for giving higher salary than temporary staff members.
sir I request you that HRA should not be increase in sixth pay commission because lot of allottee's having their own house and they are charging much more from tenant. Some of the allottee are living and also charging lot of money from tenants while this is ilegal. And it is rules should be stricted that if some govt allottee is having tenant in the govt flats, that should be surrendered immediatly and every year govt flats should be enquired. These are my person views.

Dear, ur opinion that u have mentioned in ur your last sentence is really appreciated but u have started wrongly.because in most cases empolyees are entitled for residence after passing half of there services.in that case what's ur suggestion .they have to paid extra than allottee.for a metro citizen is it enough, 30% of (Basic DP).i.e an executive officer of payscale Rs. 10000/- basic get only Rs. 4500/- for accomodation.

Sir A provision in Sixth pay commission for departmental promotion to class-IV employees for the post of LDC. M.A. B.Ed qualification holder working as class-iv employees but department no provision for the post of LDC/ Teacher. Six pay commission has advised that a provision of departmental test examination in 3-4 years because a best chance to Class-IV employees for the clarical post i.e. LDC etc. but most of the department no chance of class-IV employees for the post of LDC etc.
i have been working in railways for the past six years.i am getting gross salary of around 10,000/-pm. do you think with this salary a family can fulfill his basic needs(food,dress,house)? it is true nowadays buying a house in chennai or other cities is not possible for goverment employees. i like to say the pay commision should have to view the issue in such manner.
