Dear Sir, I am working in a public sector undertaking located at a very remote place in jharkhand. As a central PSU we are getting our pay package at par with central Govt. employees.and we are also paying the licence fee of accomodation as per GOI rules but the 15% perquisite on accomodation is unjustified.
Once they were also living in mud huts like us.But after reaching in parliament MPs settle in their air-conditioned chambers and get busy in amassing wealth in swiss accounts as they know next time they will not return due to their poor show. They forget welfare of people. They become puppets in the hands of IAS officrs who r already saddled in their AC chambers and totally cut off from what ordinary citizen r sufferring. They start thinking like stray-bull with combined effect of collected black money, butter-polishing, yes-bossing. So finance minister does not know how to give relief2 ordinary citizens who r not sitting in air-conditioners. Jaundice patients see yellow every-where. Corrupt leaders think all r earning like him and depositing in swiss banks. They r so drunk in ego and pride that they do not care2 read even blogs/ letters 2 editors of general public. They r just like nero busy in his tune or nawabs busy in chess or french kings who were so much cut off from public that they were not knowing ground realities. Then one day they receive hammer blow out of blue from public and lying in dust they think where things went wrong.---sat_ananda

Government employees gets an incentive (equivalent to an increment on the scale of pay) who adhere to Family Planning norms (2 child).
When the Government is unable to implement "Adoption of Family Planning Method" in the country, it is pathetic to see that even this incentive is being taxed by the Government.
I would therefore, request the Government to keep this incentive out of Tax Net.
Moreover, the government can also roll out this scheme to other sectors/individuals, wherein a 'specified amount'(depending on the income bracket) could be deducted from his/her Taxable Income.
By this way, the government can bring in more people adopting Family Planning Method.
though under section 80C investment upto 1 lakh is exempt from taxation, pension investments are capped at Rs 10,000 under section 80ccc. This disparity needs to be resolved so that one can invest upto 1 lakh in pension fund.
