Several management grads could not succeed in their professions coz of their lack of bending to work and raising to occasions. While they wish to only managing others, they do not have flexibility to comply with statutes and especially in IT and smaller corporates, they will have to do all the tasks and could not cope the management's targets. This leads to lay offs even after having management graduations which is a pity!
What is lacking the ground realities after u quiti B school, It is not only ideal conditions, but many are outdated,i We copy american culture of outsourcing the business processes and emulates its application in an INDIAN business enviroment which has norelevance with vast manpower vailability that too with inteligience coming out from many colleges across country. they are utilised in Westeren and american business enterprises. but not for INDIA as we always see the bottom line and try to contain our business with tahn limits. Basically we need mutidimensional wisdom and common sense to run a business which is not taught in todays academic schools and all these wisdom and experience are short lived and dies with business trends and technology, So , ultimately all our old yester years founder Business stalwarts are not from B schools and many of those companies even today runs well .But inspite of So many B school why manufacturing , agriculture and other infra areas did not grow as it would have grown toady many have lost jobs in last 2 deacdes ending their professional career in 20 years ? Did we have research on this or we need to have another study circle or school
