I tell you, wielding a bloated public sector airlines cannot be easy, but this guy Trivedi really seems like he has the acumen and werewithall to pull it off. I am quite impressed.
Now if only they could stave off this India Airlines / Air India merger....
Indian Airlines have been pushed down coz they don't learn from the quality standards what private players are following. Compare it to Jet Airway you can easily see the difference. Its still overshadowed by the 'sarkari airlines' tag..
