Being an Management student having work experience wish to tell, ICICI bank is good & responsive with its customers based on my personal experiences i had.
ICICI is not a professionally managed. An independent survey will reveal about quality of their customer service, employer-employee relationship & other services compared to a professionally managed banking sector. Probably they are second biggest bank in India, that does not mean the efficiency is good.
