I have ICICI credit card from last 5 years. I taken one computer and money transfer from ICICI bank to City bank. I converted all my amount in to EMI and i paid also. After that i used my card about 20-30 thousand and i paid every month 5,000 from last 3years but my credit balance is showing same. so i stoped paying the credit card bill. so, now my credit is showing 70,000 and i discussed with bank people I told them i will pay up to 30,000 not more than that but they are asking me to pay 50,000 thousand that is imppossible for me. what I have to do now please help me.

the company had debited rs 999/- even if they have been told not to provide insurance facility if it is not free. has the telephonic conversation legal binding or they are forcing customers and misguiding them ?
hi am using hsbc credit card for over 2 years now and have made all my paymets in full on or before the due date ..but in the last month they have charged me with rs.750/- as late payment charges approx rs 2000/- as other charges ..my due date is on 27th of each month and i dropped the cheque on the 26th of nov 09, but bcos of holidays in between the che got cleared only on the 1st of dec 09, and they are not willing to cut the charges . need help as to what can be done ?? shud a complaint be given ?? pls advise on the same or some website add which wud be of help thanks regards luv shah 9820127793
