i have alloted pan no in the month of feb 2006 but still i have not received pan card for this i am strugling like any thing no one from it department is helping out. please help me out
i have sbi credit card on my mother's name. i used it and on around 26 oct. i received a call from their call center to make payment i complain him that iam not receiving ur statements from the very first month. then he told me to pay 6000 Rs. and i will get free from the interest charges and all the charges they charged on that payment which become 24,000 of 22,000 limit card. i made the payment of 6,500 Rs. on 28th oct. but they deduct my around 3000 rs. from that payment and when again i went to the recovery agency where i made my payment they told me to talk to call center, and call center people were saying its not our duty. contact to the bank. and there was no authorised person in Bhopal banks who can help me out this.
Now after 4-5 months of it i leave it upto the bank. now people from Anushka enterprises ( recovery agency of sbi card) come to my home and they are making my mother scared that they will go to the court and file case and all those things. my mother is BP patient. she is govt. empl. also and she is very scared of it.
now i am saying them that we will not pay u the interests of these 4-5 months cause its not mine fault. i went all possible ways that time in Oct. but at that time no body helps me. now when my interest charges grows and payment is around 26,000 i will not pay u full amount. i am interested to pay my limit charge 22,000. and also i am not in the position to make one shot payment of it. i told them that i will make a payment of around 8-10,000 next month and rest of payment i will pay by installment but they are not getting agree of it. please help me to get out of this. cause my mother is a BP Patient she had one attack because of this and now i dont want to have any other trouble. tell me what to do.
