1)This is the caseof year 2001-02. I had been asked to pay dues of all out standing in case of my SBI credit card. Accordingly I paid aboutv 95% amount as full & final settlement. At the time of payment Exicutive had informed me that No Dues Certificate will be issued from Delhi HO. Now, a notice is receivd from leagal department 2)I am also hgolding ICICI card. I borrowed loan of Rs. 61000/- & dully paid with fore closing charges in the month of July2007. At the time of payment exicutive who has given me receipt has given me commitment that no late payment charges will be enforced. But the same is still going on by ICICI bank. Matter is reported to ICICI through mail & they had reported that "I HAVE PAID UP LOAN AMOUNT OF RS.61000/-" But still I am receiveing phone calls & statement from bank. Please advise me and provide mail address of RBI to report the matter to them. Hemant Chachad.
Sir I took a credit card from ICICI bank..as T was not well i could nt pay the due amount and 1 executive called me I said that I am not well call me next month..the very next month he called me up I was out of station..the same executive called me up I told I will b back in couple of weeks..this guy started abusing me..he called my home my mother picked up the phone he abused my mother too..What to do Sir..I am fed up with these guys..I have decided not to pay any of the due amount unless and until that executive apolgizes to me...Is that decision correct???..Plz do help me out sir..

File a police complaint ...then take it up with the banking obudsman..
I am SBI Card Holder No.5264 6853 1610 3777. Monthly statements for the last two months i.e. for April and May'2008 have not been received by me even after reminding several time and every time the concerned authorities ask me they have again sent the same and i shall be getting the same soon. but all in vain. I am forced to pay the bill without verifying the statements. Plz. help me out.
HI I am Ragvendra Rao using credit card from ICICI bank, I was offered a loan on my credit card to the tune of Rs 2,04,000/- which readily accepted , the loan was split in two istallments 1) 168000 and the other for 36000/- I have paid almost 7/8 installments of the said loan and I decided to close the loan amount of 168000 , while talking the bank officer I was told to add the foreclosure amount to the principal and also additional 1 months interest to the amount which was not fare and I was not told about the interest part when I have asked them specifically about any hidden charges while taking the loan , though I have cleared my outstanding dues i would still like to get back my interst part the amount of 2214.52/ pleaser look into the mater my mobile no is 9820495580
I am Anand, i made a payment for the April month's statement on 9/05/08 which was the last date for the payment.Payment was done by cash to a collection agent ( vijaykumar ) his mobile number is 9884808350 and the person he works for a agencies called SKYPAK SECURITES PVT.LTD.,he said that the payment will made at kancheepuram branch by to night and it will reflecting on your card by next day. No Late payment charge will collected in next bill.After making the payment still i recieve calls from mumbai that i have not made any payment .From this number ( 912240821000) every day at leat 3 call, 4 to 6 SMS.Calledup customer care and gave the payment slip number and informed that the bill value was 570 or 580 but i have paid 600 which is more then the bill value since the agent was having change he said that the difference amount will be ajusted in next month bill.Next day i recieved a call from the back she askeme weather i made any payment and she asked the slip number she collected the number also and i alpha verified the number also. they disturb me when i am deep sleep,when i handle my customer's.
Hi HDFC credit card problems? I had an HDFC credit card. There were some charges levied on me for certain expenses which I was not informed about in certain cases & where the customer care people when contacted on phone gave me wrong information.
I blocked the card & their customer care rep gave me the reference number. I demand that they compensate me for harressment, mental torture and the amount of time they have made me waste on writing & sending emails for charges which where not told to me & then charged. The Finance charges, late fee charges & taxes are accumalting every month
sir, i used ABN-AMRO credit card ,last month they offered one club offer that charge Rs 4000,i reject that offer but they send me that offer through statement (without any document) and called me about that charge, please tell me how can i avoid that offer
