The photograph shown is that of the Global Education Center and Mysore and not the Infosys Leadership Institute which is a pyramid shaped building located to the left of the one shown.

Grooming of Leaders
by Sam Rufus on Aug 07, 2006 08:41 PM  Permalink

Infosys, thank you for sharing your 'mind' on leadership development with such an 'open heart'. Very few reveal their secrets to strength.

Well, this is your strength! Be blessed as you go from strength to strength.

Infy - The best employer
by Guruvayurappan on Aug 07, 2006 04:32 PM  Permalink

Infosys is one of the best place to work for in the world and the different training programs they have are better than many universities programs around the world.

Its a very very transparent company and the people are not politicised as you are given equal respect and opportunity as your collegue or your lead.

I have personal experience of working with Infosys in the past and can confirm that each and every word in the article is true.

How Infy grooms future leaders
by Bapu on Aug 07, 2006 11:53 AM  Permalink

I would like to wait for the results of such training. Experience elsewhere suggests that once a person knows he is identified as a future leader material, his head gets swollen and he starts throwing his weight around. Such people show a tendency to quit and encash their status elsewhere.
