In Jharkhand, a member of Higher caste has been appointed as Sweeper in the Jharkhand Assembly because the Speaker and an MLA favoured him. That person never does sweeping job but is paid as sweeper. You will not find the local tribal boys and girls in the 3rd and 4th grade jobs of private organizations such as IDBI, CITI BANK, AXIS BANK, HDFC BANK, ICICI banks and in oyher offices of TATA, BIRLA, JINDAL, MITTAL, RELIANCE etc. The local tribals are denied jobs as the manager has full authority to select and so he has chosen his own people. These are some examples of corruption, dynastic favouritism and denial of jobs to weaker sections society belonging to Jharkhand but this situation prevails all over country. Good education institutions are of reach for tribals. The examination process for MBBS admission in JHarkhand is so manipulated that tribal students who scored 90 percent and above at 10th and 12th standards are declared failed not achieving minimum pass mark of 30 percent. It is done so that vacant seats can be allotted to general students. There are more than 1 lakh 20 thousand vacant in Jharkhand for ST, SC and OBC. And mind it that all key posts such as Chief Secretary, Secretaries of various govt. before commenting on hinduism one should know what hinduism is.it is not a fool's job.this particular comment on any other religion would have invited serious problems.it is the privilige of the hindues only to say anything about their own religion.hinduism is not to be blammed for the painful condition of the caste conflicts or other social injustices,it is the result of politicization of religions in india.(the fault,dear brutus-is not in hinduism.it is the misuse and misinterpritation of hinduism.)

Dear Sir, I strongly oppose blind reservation in education, appointment in service and at every stage of promotion in service. If government really want to bring downtrodden people, deserving people to uplift and bring to main stream, then govt. should provide free education, books, uniform and all other possible help so that they are not deprived of education. Once those deprived people got education and if they have calibre and talent they will prove themselves. It is really very bad that undeserving people who are not capable are forced to become doctor, engineer. What would you expect from them. By simply granting Degree, I dont think the country will flourish and at international level name of our country will defamed.

MY DERA FRIEND , SOFAR IN THE PAST 50--60 YEARS , THE SO CALLED TALENT PEOPLE DONT CARE ABOUT NATION . Majority IITs people are settling in USA /ABROAD, not serving india , taken the fund allotted for IITs , enjoyed , but just they talk about india .Why u r talking about Indian reservation system . Its people representatives decision.we have to obey.

My dear friend, I am an IITian and here I see the contribution of alumni of the institute. What you have heard about the passouts is wrong. Most of them settle here and whoever left the country donate a lot. because the institute should get one-third of it's budget expenses from donations of alumni. So please don't talk without knowing facts.
